By accessing or using DhyanaPM ("the Service"), provided by DhyanaTech Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

DhyanaPM is a project management application that provides tools for task management, critical path analysis, Gantt charts, and team collaboration. The Service is provided as a web application and progressive web app (PWA).

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of features, databases, or content.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DHYANATECH INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DhyanaTech Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination, after which we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
